We observed that the protein adsorption to the membrane surface increased with the decreased polarity. Besides, while none of the S-doped graphene membranes were cytotoxic, cell attachment to the surface decreased with the increasing amount of S-doped graphene. Therefore, we can interpret that the Sdoped graphene-loaded PHBHHx membrane is a suitable patch for biomedical treatments as a hydrophobic membrane where less cell adhesion and proliferation are required as the prevention of peritoneal adhesion. No matter the type, cancer is commonly defined by an uncontrolled proliferation of abnormal cells that threatens to thrust the health system into upheaval. Although  HRP/AP-conjugated Secondary Antibodies  in eliminating major tumor masses, conventional cancer treatments of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are often inadequate against preventing metastatic tumor growth and are responsible for taxing post-treatment disease burdens.[1] On the contrary, cancer immunotherapy is emerging as a vital therapeutic strategy in combating cancerous tumors by utilizing the inherent immune system.[2,3] Through immunosurveillance, the immune system identifies neo-antigens released by cancer cells,[4] thus activa.
